Letterpop continued ...

The first thing I would like to say about Letterpop: it is very American. The templates are a bit much don't you think? Even the minimal ones had that Northern-Hemiphere-cutey-pie look. I would never send a newsletter that looked like any of those templates. But I guess ut is an online thing so it needs to be arresting.

I have created a newsletter using snippets from my blog:
http:/hannercymraes.blogpsot.com

Feel Free to visit me there some time. I chose the Christmas theme to illustrate how inappropriate the Newsletter templates are for those of us living in the Southern Hemishpere. It is called Winter Wonderland. You can check it out at the following URL:http://letterpop.com/builder.php?newsletter_id=80020

I also found my YS Newsletter, which was my original attempt. Here is the URL:
http://letterpop.com/builder.php?newsletter_id=79982

Lessons I have learned:
1. It takes time to activate your account, so be patient, Liz
2. Look for the Dashboard, it is the way ahead

The insert hyperlink function does not appear to be working today, or ... maybe I am overlooking some small but essential step.

Can I suggest we make the Web 2.1 goals fortnightly? Or perhaps 3 weeks on 1 week catch up. I am enjoying it immensely but it does take time ...

Liz, neither of those Letterpop links worked for me. Do you think that the urls are wrong? PS please remember that you still need to go back and do #23.
